This collection aims to highlight the importance of our mental health. Many of us have experienced anxiety, mistreated ourselves, and undervalued our worth. We, or people around us, have struggled with addictions—like the addiction to perfectionism, trying to control the future, or controlling someone else. Some of us are attached to ideas, people, or past events that control our emotions, keeping us stuck in the past and doing the same things over and over.
In this collection, I want to guide you to make peace with your inner monsters. Get to know them, give them names, and learn to recognize when they're about to show up so you can say: "Hi, but not today"
